In recognition of the growing importance of the Association’s activities on the internet, in January 2001, the Internet Services department was established. The department supports the technical aspects of the Association’s on-line seminars, its internal computer and telephone operations and maintains the NFSA website at www.nfsa.org. Director of Internet Services, Jim Murphy, is supported by Manager of Internet Services, James Archer.
