|Director of Finance & Administration|
The National Fire Sprinkler Association is seeking an energetic, motivated, loyal, and qualified team member to serve as the Director of Finance and Administration. The person desired for this position will have a minimum of a bachelor degree in Business Administration or related degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience at a comparable organizational level.
The Director of Finance and Administration will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the President. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.
The Director of Finance and Administration will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as NFSA strives to fulfill its mission. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization.
This position will operate out of our headquarters, which is currently located in Patterson, New York. Headquarters will be relocated to the Washington D.C. metro area within the next 2 years.
