|Director of Training|
The Director of Training will oversee the development and delivery of all NFSA training seminars, including both in-class and e-learning. This position will ensure that activities under purview are designed, developed and delivered using the most current principles of educational design and are in accordance with NFSA policy and procedure. A successful candidate must work well independently as well as be able to supervise workflow of staff remotely in a fast paced environment.
The Director of Training’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: facilitating curriculum development; collaborating with a team of subject matter experts and instructors to develop a variety of in-class and e-learning activities; directing, supervising and monitoring activities and workflow of staff, as assigned; participating in the development and monitoring of the budget process as it relates to the Department; tracking and monitoring adherence to project timelines, due dates and course requirements; as well as additional duties as assigned.
