ENGINEERING-NFSA's Engineering Department is one of the most respected teams of professionals in the industry. The unparalleled respect of the Engineering team has earned among the nation's codes standards and regulating bodies benefits our members.
EXECUTIVE OFFICE-The driving force of the Association made up of the President and Vice President.
FIELD OPERATIONS/REGIONAL-Field Operations’ primary focus is on creating new markets, protecting existing markets, and improving the business environment within the fourteen NFSA regions.
FINANCIAL-Made up of NFSA's Accounting Department, everything from membership dues to Industry Promotion funds are handled though here.
INTERNET SERVICES-In recognition of the growing importance of the Association’s activities on the internet, in January 2001, the Internet Services department was established. The department supports the technical aspects of the Association’s on-line seminars, its internal computer and telephone operations and maintains the NFSA websites at www.nfsa.org, www.nfsa.tv and www.firesprinkler.global.
LABOR RELATIONS-NFSA has multi-employer collective bargaining relationships with 16 local unions across the country. The Labor Relations/Legal Staff serve as chief spokespeople for hundreds of fire protection employers nationwide, collaborating with various local and national committees to negotiate all of NFSA’s labor contracts.
MEMBERSHIP-NFSA has represented the fire sprinkler industry for over 100 years. Membership is made up of Contractors, Suppliers, Engineers, Architects and AHJs. Being a member hosts a great many of benefits.
OUTREACH & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS-The Outreach and Government Relations department serves as the primary liaison to fire and public policy organizations.
PUBLIC FIRE PROTECTION- The Public Fire Protection department helps NFSA achieve its goals by assisting AHJ's, building owners and other stakeholders understand the value of fire sprinklers.
TRAINING & EDUCATION-Training and education requires the blended talents of many other NFSA staff members and in this blending the National Fire Sprinkler Association is the premier resource for training and education in the fire sprinkler industry.
